Refund Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

Exempt from refund or exchange are all chemicals and free items.

To complete your refund or exchange we require your proof of purchase.

Please email sales@aquapulsespas.com.au to obtain your return authority number before you ship any items to us. We will send you your return authority number with the address you can send your refund or exchange to. Please ensure your return authority number is on the item with a copy of your proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange the cost for shipping to and from you will be deducted from your refund or exchange. You should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we will not guarantee receiving your item.
