All standard home deliveries are referred to a third-party freight company and as such the delivery contract is made between the customer and the freight company direct. Although Aqua Pulse Spas may take payment for your delivery this is not a contract of delivery between Aqua Pulse Spas and the customer, the freight contract is between the delivering freight company and the customer. Aqua Pulse Spas is not the freight company and will not be held responsible for any damages caused to you or your property by the freight company, your acceptance of these terms’ releases Aqua Pulse Spas from damage to you or your property. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the appropriate insurances are in place before the delivery takes place.

Once you have signed your invoice or replied I agree to your delivery date or estimated loading dates, space on the truck gets allocated to you and we CANNOT cancel your space. If you cancel your allocated space after you have replied I agree you will be liable for the delivery fee charged or listed on your invoice.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contracted freight company has the required access for the spa to be delivered to the final location chosen by the customer. At no time will Aqua Pulse Spas be held responsible for a spa which cannot be placed in the final location chosen by the customer. The freight company also will not place the spa in a final location if the freight company deems it to be unsafe to do so or that it will cause damage to property or the spa itself. If the spa needs to have part of or all its protective packaging removed to complete the delivery the liability for damage to the spa and property passes to the customer.

Prior to the customer signing for the goods being received in good order and condition you must request the freight company to unwrap the products for inspection, any damage to any of the products must be noted as to what is damaged on your delivery slip at the time of delivery. No damage claims will be recognized after you have signed for the goods being received in good order and condition. If you choose not to unwrap the products for inspection or the product remains wrapped for any reason whatsoever you are taking liability for any damages found on those products once unwrapped. The freight company will not remove the wood pallet & product packaging from your site.

All standard home deliveries are delivered travelling on sealed roads only, the delivery truck will not travel on an unsealed road to get to your property. If the freight company cannot access your property via a sealed road the spa will be returned to Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse, and you will be liable for the initial delivery fee as well as the return delivery fees to return your spa to Aqua Pulse Spas. If this situation occurs you will have to make other arrangements to collect your spa from Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse once it has been returned.

To ensure a smooth delivery process we need you to measure your chosen delivery route, you will need to consider the following:

Most deliveries will be made with the spa standing upright placed on a 10mm thick nylon slide board and the spa will be slid to the final location. If trolleys are required to complete the delivery you will need to allow a further 33cm in the spas height for the trolleys to be placed underneath the spa. For either delivery you should also allow a further 10cm in width of the spa size to allow for a safe clearance for the spa to travel through. You need to ensure that the flooring of the delivery route if free of debris and solid enough to handle the weight of the spa travelling over that flooring, the freight company will not be held responsible for scratching flooring or scratching your spa caused by debris getting underneath their slide board or trollies or the flooring being damaged by the weight of the spa traveling over that flooring. You need to make sure that there is clear access in height and width along the delivery route please consider: Gate heights & widths, overhanging gutters, downpipes, air-conditioners, trees etc, is there enough corner clearance for turning the spa and is the route free of steps and raised areas such as garden beds and retaining walls? If going through a gate the freight company will need a clear straight area on both sides of the gate equal to the length of the spa travelling through. When receiving a standard home delivery your spa will not be manually lifted along the delivery route. You need to make sure that there is clear access from the roadside to the final location for the spa to be slid or trolleyed through which is free of steps and raised areas such as garden beds. Your final location must be on the same level as the slide board or delivery trolley. If your spa requires lifting or lowering past this level this will not be a standard home delivery, and you must notify us prior to the delivery. If at any stage in your delivery route prior to the final location the spa cannot proceed any further on the slide board or trolleys the freight company will leave the spa in what they believe is the next best location possible. The freight company will advise you if they believe it is possible to get the spa into your desired location. There may be the need for extra manpower, or they may require you to remove an obstacle. If this is to occur, you are still liable to pay the freight company the original agreed delivery charge of that day. The freight company will organize an alternate day to return to complete the delivery, this will incur additional delivery charges.

If you are not 100% certain that you have the access required for your delivery, please contact us prior to your delivery. If we do not hear from you prior to your delivery, we will take that as you confirming you have the required access for a standard home delivery.

If you have been given a date for your standard home delivery, the evening prior you will receive a text message confirming your delivery time window. You must reply to this text, or your delivery may be cancelled, and the delivery fee will be charged to you. If you have been given an estimated loading date the day your spa is loaded onto a truck, you will receive a text message to notify you that your spa has been loaded to start making its way to you. From there once the freight company gets closer to your location, they will contact you with an estimated day for your delivery. Depending on your location your delivery could arrive the same day we text you or may take up to two weeks before you receive contact from the freight company for your delivery. Standard home delivery times are between 6am to 9pm, you must accept delivery of your spa on the day and time window the freight company request. If you refuse to take delivery on the requested day or time window the spa will be returned to Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse, and you will be liable for the initial delivery fee as well as the return delivery fees to return your spa to Aqua Pulse Spas. You will also have to pay the re delivery fee if you decide to then have the spa re delivered to you.

Under no circumstances will Aqua Pulse Spas refund money for any delivery charges whatsoever.

All one-man home deliveries are delivered travelling on sealed roads only, the delivery truck will not travel on an unsealed road to get to your property. If the freight company cannot access your property via a sealed road the spa will be returned to Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse, and you will be liable for the initial delivery fee as well as the return delivery fees to return your spa to Aqua Pulse Spas. If this situation occurs you will have to make other arrangements to collect your spa from Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse once it has been returned.

To ensure a smooth delivery process we need you to measure your chosen delivery route, you will need to consider the following:

If at any stage in your delivery route prior to the final location the spa cannot proceed any further on the slide board or trolleys the freight company will leave the spa in what they believe is the next best location possible. The freight company will advise you if they believe it is possible to get the spa into your desired location. There may be the need for extra manpower, or they may require you to remove an obstacle. If this is to occur, you are still liable to pay the freight company the original agreed delivery charge of that day. The freight company will organize an alternate day to return to complete the delivery, this will incur additional delivery charges.

For example, you have steps to get the spa up or down or the spa needs to be taken through the inside of your house which increases the risk for damages to property and product. As such we will require you to sign a release for damage to property form prior to the goods leaving Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse.

Customer Collection Terms & Conditions

Customer Collections are available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. If you are collecting a spa the spa will be upright strapped onto a shipping pallet.

If you are collecting a spa from our warehouse you need to consider heat damage to the spa’s acrylic, jets & plastic fittings. Please make sure that you have the ability to get the spa from your vehicle to its final location and filled with water on arrival at your destination. Do not leave the spa sitting on a vehicle or exposed to heat without being entirely filled with water, the packaging on the spa will not protect it from heat damage even in under covered areas. When moving the spa do not drop the spa, we will not be held responsible for bubbles, holes or cracked acrylic and broken cabinets if you are collecting a spa. We will not assist you to tie down your product make sure you have the appropriate strapping and are capable of safely tying the product. We also will not move other items already on your vehicle please make sure your vehicle has enough space for your collection.

When collecting goods please ensure you have the appropriate insurances in place prior to collecting your goods as we do not insure you, your property, or the goods for any damages whatsoever.

All depot customer collections are referred to a third-party freight company and as such the delivery contract is made between the customer and the freight company direct. Although Aqua Pulse Spas may take payment for your delivery this is not a contract of delivery between Aqua Pulse Spas and the customer, the freight contract is between the delivering freight company and the customer. Aqua Pulse Spas is not the freight company and will not be held responsible for any damages caused to you or your property by the freight company, your acceptance of these terms’ releases Aqua Pulse Spas from damage to you or your property. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the appropriate insurances are in place before the delivery and collection takes place.

Once your goods have been booked in for collection from Aqua Pulse Spas, we will contact you via email with tracking details, you can use these details to follow the movements of your goods. Once your goods reach the collection depot you will be notified by the depot that your goods are ready for your collection. Collection days and times will vary from each depot, so you will need to contact the depot of your collection for their trading days and hours prior to going to their site. Also check with the depot that all the items you have ordered are at the depot not just part of the items. For example, different sized items may be processed through the freight company to different departments within the freight company which causes multiple deliveries. Once notified that all your goods are at the collection depot you must collect them within 24 hours to avoid storage charges or the goods being returned to Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse. If your goods are not collected within 24 hours of being notified the depot may impose storge fees or the depot may return your goods to Aqua Pulse Spas warehouse, if this occurs you will be liable for the initial freight charge as well as any storage fees imposed, or any return freight charges incurred to return your goods to Aqua Pulse Spas. You will also have to pay the re delivery fee if you decide to have the goods re sent to you.

When collecting a spa from a depot you need to consider heat damage to the spas acrylic, jets & plastic fittings. Please make sure that you can get the spa from your vehicle to its final location and filled with water on arrival at your destination. Do not leave the spa sitting on a vehicle or exposed to heat without being entirely filled with water, the packaging on the spa will not protect it if from heat damage even in under covered areas. When moving the spa do not overtighten transport strapping or drop the spa, this will crack the shell and can cause leaks to occur. If you are collecting a spa, we will not be held responsible for broken cabinets, bubbled acrylic, melted acrylic, cracked acrylic or cracked shells.

Under no circumstances will Aqua Pulse Spas refund money for any delivery charges whatsoever.
