Refunds Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.  But you can chose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:

•     Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
•     Is unsafe.
•     Is significantly different from the sample or description.
•     Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. 

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.  If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.  If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 
Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts thirty days, if thirty days has gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition as you receive it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Exempt from refund or exchange are all chemicals.

To complete your refund or exchange we require your proof of purchase.

Please email sales@aquapulsespas.com.au to obtain your return authority number before you ship any items to us.  Once we send you your return authority number you can ship your item to Aqua Pulse Spas Unit 2 / 3333 Pacific Highway Slacks Creek 4127.  Please ensure your return authority number is on the item with a copy of your proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund or exchange the cost for shipping to and from you will be deducted from your refund or exchange.  You should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we will not guarantee receiving your item.
