We have put together an easy 4-step checklist to help you keep your spa in perfect condition.

1. Check the water level

Your spa must be filled with water to about 2 to 3 inches above the top filter and the spas jets. If the water level is not high enough the pumps will not work properly. On average, you will need to top your spa up with two buckets of fresh water per week.

2. Clean the filters

Remove your filters and wash them with a garden hose. Place the filters in a bucket of cold water and add Filter Cleaner & Degreaser. Agitate the water, and leave the filters to soak for 24 hours. Remove the filters, wash thoroughly and allow to completely dry out.  We recommend you keep a second set of Cartridge Filters to rotate them weekly.

3. Test the water

Using Test Strips test the Sanitizer, pH, Alkalinity and Hardness of your spa water and adjust to the acceptable range.

4. Shock your spa

For improved water clarity, add Shock Spa Sanitiser and run a clean cycle for 5 minutes. This will help improve water clarity and remove dirty residue build up.
